KaddieIQ News
Quick, brand-agnostic takes on golf equipment news, rules changes and independent testing — as it happens, not a full guide every time.
Golf Intelligence is where we go deep. This is where we go fast — a short, honest take whenever something in equipment, rules or testing actually matters to how you choose gear. Same brand-agnostic standard, same sourcing, a fraction of the length.

What counts as news here
Not every equipment story earns a post here. We cover independent test results (MyGolfSpy and similar robot and player testing), meaningful rule changes from the R&A and USGA, and participation or market shifts that actually change how you should think about buying gear. Routine product launches and press-release spec sheets do not qualify on their own — if a story would not change a decision you are about to make, we leave it out.
How this differs from Golf Intelligence
Golf Intelligence articles run long because the underlying question needs the room — matching compression to swing speed, or building a course strategy around your dispersion pattern, is not a two-paragraph answer. News items are short by design: one finding, why it holds up, and what to do with it, if anything. When a story deserves the fuller treatment, we follow up with a full piece in Golf Intelligence and link it from here.
