The website

kaddieiq.com stores only the minimum needed to operate and to remember your cookie preference. No personal data is sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising. This site uses essential cookies only — see our Cookie Policy for detail.

If you contact us by email, complete our survey, or use BallFIT, any personal information you provide is used solely for KaddieIQ communications and product delivery. Request deletion at any time — see Data deletion below.

Site performance analytics

kaddieiq.com measures page speed and site usage: which pages are visited, roughly how visitors arrived (the referring site's domain only, never a full address or search terms), device type, browser, and standard page-loading timings. This exists purely to find and fix slow or broken pages.

Each browser session gets a random identifier that lives only in that session's storage and is gone once the browser closes — it is never linked to a name, an email address, or any other identifying information. This data is processed by Supabase, our database provider, and is never sold or shared for advertising.

AI-generated voices and images

KaddieIQ sometimes uses AI-generated voice narration (for example, our "Frank" voice reading blog articles aloud) and AI-generated or AI-edited imagery in social posts and adverts. Where this happens, we disclose it clearly — see the AI-generated content section of our Terms of Service.

None of this involves your personal data: voices are generated from KaddieIQ's own written scripts via a third-party voice-generation service, not from anything a visitor says, sends or provides, and no visitor information is used to train or influence any AI model.

KaddieIQ's Instagram and Facebook accounts

KaddieIQ Ltd uses a private application to publish KaddieIQ's own posts to KaddieIQ's own Instagram account and Facebook Page — the same job a person would otherwise do by hand, automated so posts can be scheduled in advance.

What the application can do

• Publish a photo, video or caption that KaddieIQ has written, to KaddieIQ's own Instagram account and Facebook Page.
• Confirm that a post was published successfully (reading back only the post's own ID and address).

What it does not do

• It does not read comments, direct messages, or follower information.
• It does not collect, store or process personal data belonging to any other person.
• It never posts anything without KaddieIQ reviewing and approving it first.

Where credentials are stored

Access tokens and API credentials for these accounts are stored locally, on hardware KaddieIQ Ltd owns and controls, and are never transmitted to or shared with any third party.

Data deletion

Because this application does not collect or store personal data belonging to anyone other than KaddieIQ itself, there is no third-party personal data for it to delete.

If you have provided KaddieIQ with personal information some other way — by email, through the website, or via BallFIT — email contact@kaddieiq.com and we will delete it. We will confirm once this is done, normally within a few working days.

KaddieIQ Ltd can also revoke this application's access to its own Instagram and Facebook accounts at any time via Meta's own account settings, independent of anything on this page.
