Using this website

By using kaddieiq.com you agree to these terms. The site and its content — articles, guides, tools and tips — are provided for general golf and equipment information, and are not a substitute for professional coaching, fitting or medical advice.

You agree not to misuse the site: no attempting to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

BallFIT

BallFIT gives golf ball recommendations and, where applicable, a certificate based on the information you provide. It is guidance to help you choose equipment, not a guarantee of on-course performance or scoring outcome — every golfer and swing is different.

Competitions

Where KaddieIQ runs a competition or giveaway, the specific entry method, prize and closing date are described on that competition's own page, and form part of these terms for that competition. Unless stated otherwise: one entry per person, winners are chosen at KaddieIQ's reasonable discretion, there is no cash alternative to a prize, and KaddieIQ may amend or withdraw a competition at any time if circumstances require it.

Intellectual property

KaddieIQ, ShotIQ, the KaddieIQ logo, and the text, images and other content on this site belong to KaddieIQ Ltd or its licensors, unless stated otherwise. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial use; you may not reproduce, resell or republish content from this site without permission.

Third-party links and accounts

This site links to third-party platforms, including KaddieIQ's own Instagram, Facebook and YouTube accounts. KaddieIQ is not responsible for the content, terms or privacy practices of any third-party platform — see that platform's own terms for how it handles your interactions there.

AI-generated content

KaddieIQ sometimes uses artificial intelligence to help deliver our Golf Intelligence messaging and advertising — for example, AI-generated voice narration (our "Frank" voice reads blog articles aloud, and further AI voices form part of the on-course caddie experience we are developing) and AI-generated or AI-edited imagery used in social media posts and adverts.

Where content has been generated or significantly edited using AI, we disclose it clearly and appropriately — for example, a "read by Frank" audio credit, or a visible label and an embedded disclosure marker on an AI-generated image — in line with the transparency obligations of the EU Artificial Intelligence Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689).

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits KaddieIQ's liability where it would be unlawful to do so — for example, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Beyond that, the site and its content are provided "as is," and KaddieIQ is not liable for losses arising from reliance on general guidance given here, or from use of the site where reasonable care has been taken.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time — for example as KaddieIQ's products change. The date below shows when this page was last updated; continued use of the site after a change means you accept the update.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
